Getting white screen when trying to install CBSubs

On refresh of the CB Plugins, the plug-in is there. Clicking on the plug-in however results in the same empty page.

Host (Hostgator) traced it and found no issue that they could see. They suggested I attach the following from my site:

Only message in error log:

Enable debug mode and maximum error reporting in Joomla global configuration. Once done attempt to install to expose the errors.

I suggest deleting that phpinfo file as this should not be exposed to the general public and it was terrible for support suggesting you to do so. I've surrounded it with confidential tags to prevent the public from seeing it, but be advised you should delete the file.

Install was done with debug mode and maximum error. There were no other errors generated.

Check server error logs to see what's happening. Likely memory limit issues of some sort.
