Dear support team,
We are having some troubles in membership renewal on our website.
The error is relative to expiration year and connected year receipt.
For example if i have a member with 2012 and 2013 expired not payed the payment receipt is to 2014.
I think that the problem is in subscription dates settings that we modified trying to obtain some specific conditions.
Specifically we need to fix some membership conditions only for this first year of the new website.
Case situation 1
The member made the subscription in 2012 and he didnt paid the 2012 and the 2013 so we want the cbsubs asking the member the payment for 2012 and 2013 and relative receipt. (actually it gives a single payment for 2014)
Case situation 2
Member made the subscription in 2012, he paid the 2012 but not the 2013
Case situation 3
he paid 2 years and now is asking payment for 2014
We are ok for case situation 3 but not for other situations.
Could you tell me how to fix the subscription dates?
