Subscriptions tab blank or not there

Subscriptions tab blank or not there was created by westteck
Joomla 2.5.8, cb1.9, cbsubs 2.02

I migrated this install from a joomla1.5 site and all seems to be working fine so far except for the subscriptions tab on both the frontend and backend. If the user has a subscription existing, the tab shows the current subscription in both front end and back. But no upgrade possibilities.

If the user has no current subscriptions then the tab is not even showing in the frontend. In the back end the tab is there and just shows a line of text "Your Membership". The rest is blank. :(

Any thoughts?

Probably access permissions are wrong. Edit your plans and on the workflows tab ensure the access is set correctly.
