We're getting this message for our site, outryders.org
Our license is for 500 users. But we only have about 230 paid members. CBSubs seems to counting former members too - with current and former members we have over 490.
We're a non-profit, all volunteer ski club - we won't be getting 500 members in the foreseeable future. I know we will need to upgrade to the GPL license but we won't be able to do that for some time (we will need to upgrade joomla, cb, cbsubs, dtregister and other components.)
For the time being, is there a way to get around the maximum user limit?
Also is there a way to stop the redundant email messages?

The CBSubs proprietary license user count limitation is based on the number of total users in your joomla user table. It does not look out how many subscribed or how many subscriptions they purchased nor how much revenue they have produced.
You really need to migrate your license to CBSubs GPL as your existing maintenance period has expired 2+ years ago.
Please contact us using the contact us link in our footer area and we will help you migrate at a reasonably cost.
