[SOLVED] Expired subscriptions still showing as active was created by herpbooks
I am using CBSubs 3.0 on Joomla 2.5.6. Right now expired subscriptions continue to show as active when I export the user list using phpMyAdmin. If I open the user's account and then close it the expired subscription shows up properly. I have tried running the tools and deleting expire cache, but canot get the datatbase to update without opening every user's account.
Any suggestions? I have to export using something like phpmyadmin to generate mailing lists, so it is very important that expired subscriptions are marked as expired automatically.

Expirations need to be triggered. By default this is done by viewing CBSubs backend, but you can change what triggers expirations within CBSubs > Settings > Global and adjust "Mass expire subscriptions method:" as needed.

It is set at "Admin area only". This is how it has been for years and it always worked - except now with the new upgrade and new joomla upgrade. I changed it to Front end and Admin area and when I saved the file I got an error message:
Admin handler class cbpaidAdminView does not exist.
Now I can not even get to CBsubs > settings

Okay I fixed that. I will have to check and see if the expirations are working.
