just re-installed cbsubs plugin - should have tried that first (sorry)

Joomla 2.5.9, CBSubs 2.02, CB 1.9

I migrated this site from 1.5 - all the users are there, their subscriptions are there... but the tab for memberships isn't "linked" to the cbsubs plugin - see attached image.

therefore - users can't get to their memberships/subscriptions.
also - and assuming its related - new registrations - the subscription options aren't showing up at all!

i've checked the plans - they are all published, workflow seems correct.

is there a quick fix for the above?
