Status shown as "active" for expired subscriptions

11 years 1 month ago #224438 by bytekultur
Hi, I am using calendar based expiration for all subscription plans. Every Subscription should expire 31. December of the year they have subscribed. I also use a 3 months grace period, renewable in advanced and bonus time.

Now, on April 4, if I open the list of subscriptions, they all still show with status "active". But when I click on a user, in the subscription tab of the profile, the expiry shows correctly.

Can someone tell me what we can do about it?
The client would like to use the subscriptions list to check on memberships and it's impossible like that...

Thanks and best regards

It should be showing expired subscriptions perfectly fine. After you view the user in CB > User Management go back to CBSubs > Subscriptions and see if it's showing as expired now. I'm thinking this could be a matter of expirations not triggering, which by default happens when viewing CBSubs backend (can be adjusted within CBSubs > Settings > Global > Mass expiry settings).
