Does JSN Power admin effect loss of CB + CBSubs menu in Joomla Admin?
Or maybe I have missed something when installing.

I've no idea what JSN Power Admin is. The CB Admin Nav is just a module that can display as a Joomla styled dropdown menu or a table for panel display. Ensure it's on the proper module position (usually Menu) and is published. To test if your 3rd party extension is breaking it simply disable your 3rd party extension and see if it works again.

Cant find mod_cb_adminnav_1.9.2.zip after install. It doesn't show up in modules.
So maybe this is the problem.

Please study your CBSubs GPL manual - it has instructions about how to install and configure this Joomla administration module (it is not a site module).
