How do I change the price on a current subscription? was created by ebizteam
I need to change the price on current subscriptions from $30 to $20. I have already tried adding a new plan that can be upgraded to from the old plan. But because it is a reoccurring payment through PayPal it didn't work. Am I missing a step? What should I do? I need this done ASAP.

You can't change a price like that when you've recurring subscriptions. You'll need to cancel all the recurring profiles from your PayPal account then set the price. Then when it's time to expire everyone will need to renew manually at the new price.
