There's a list manager in CB. Or are you looking for something else? If so tell more specific what you want.

You can do all of that with the list manager just try it out. You can do a lot with it.

i try so many thinks but i don't know how is it right....

than i look for the private book, where i find it?

The list manager is in the backend. You can find it here:

Then you create a new list. You can choose selection criteria and sort order, and fields to display.

You can display the lists with a url something like this:
/component/option,com_comprofiler/Itemid,0/task,usersList/action,search/
