I've got a client who wants a site where each new profile would show up in a manner similar to joomla! dynamic news.

I.E. - a series of intro sections on the front page, added dynamically as they are created, with a 'read more' for extended profile information.

Is this a possibility with CB?

you'll have to write a (joomla) module.

ex : select top 10 * from comprofiler where ... order by date??? DESC

for the 10 last profiles
