I have search the forums and found what I thought was a fix. I have joomla 1.0.9 the latest stable version. and the latest CB.
i set the avatar to be approved by admins and theres no tab anywhere to do approval. the workflow shows nothing pending.
when I go to turn the avatar needs no approval I can upload and the avatar displays fine.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the plugins for his and still no approval tabs or workflow notification. I get the emails stating an avatar is pending approval but no approval tab. any help would be approciated. I believe i have turned on all necessary components and such.

ok I have fixed the issue, not sure how but the wokflow now shows avatars needing approval.
