Hey All,

Just wondering if with JACL Plus or any other method, to grand access to managers to Block / Disable a profile, without also granting them the ability to enter into the account info and change the user password?

I tried the settings:

administration edit users manager user properties block_user Yes


But the user still doesnt seem to have the ability to view user lists until I add the ability to manage com_users. I'd rather they be allowed to block users without the ability to change their PW.
