Hey CB fans, should I look to the main module or to some plugin to get a discussion board that is generated by the subject lines of email from both internal CB users and external contacts. I am looking to use CB like I use SugarCRM as a way to automatically make email discussions accessible to any CB user. You can tell me to read the manual if I should. Thanks, Al
I looked at the JAM screen shots - that seems like something to do with using an email client that is going to organize the email conversations. I'll come back to that. But thinking that I may be looking at plugin's rather than main CB functionality.
I bounced out to looking at plugins because I didn't find the CB manual here, just the Documentation Subscription Service. Maybe I need to install CB and the help file will be there. I'll be back after I do that.
