i need help figuring out what to do about this error message i get when i try to edit my profile in CB...

i've seen reference to it in the forums but don't fully understand the solutions offered...plus they all seemed pretty old...wondering if someone could please walk me through (simple as possible, please) how to fix this...i'm not a programmer or savvy in any technical language, so i would appreciate walking me through step-by-step...thank you!
