hi everybody

i give example it's better :

i added a new Tab (Travels)

i need that if user has travels to multi destination : morocco . tunisia . egypte can give informations about all countries ... like he went too egypte i n definite date ...

can the user have to fill the same form when he's editing Travels tab on adding a new destination

like in pictures above
