Installing Plugins Fails

Installing Plugins Fails was created by norgan
everytime i try to upload a zipped plugin i get this:-

Fatal error: Call to undefined function jimport() in /mounted-storage/home31b/sub002/sc27359-JKHE/clublogic/libraries/pcl/pclzip.php on line 4315

Any idea's?

be precise (versions, etc): please read sticky in bugs forum before posting.
