Removal of Profile tab in CB Profilebook

Removal of Profile tab in CB Profilebook was created by densyo
when I install the cb profilebook plugin, it displays two tabs in the cb profile where the profilebook tab is inside the profile tab. how can I remove the profile tab and make the profilebook tab a stand alone tab? I hope anyone could help me. thanks in advance!
