I've got exactly the same problem with one of my customer sites!

It only happens when I try to install SOME WYSIWYG Mambots for Joomla. Other things work just fine. As near as I can tell, the problem only happens when the wysiwyg mambot file is large. So I'm just guessing that there is some sort of time-out setting at GoDaddy that is causing this. The exact same configuration on my web host (DreamHost) works just fine.

I'm not to the point of installing Community Builder on this customer's site, so I don't know if I would get the same error. Based on your post, I'm afraid to try this.

Just FYI, GoDaddy has been a complete pain in the tail. I'm very unimpressed with their service.

You should provide more information regarding this problem. Do the following:
-Backup your site
-Turn site to debug
-Try what ever you did to get the error message
-Locate SQL queries at the end of the page
-Test these queries with for example phpMyAdmin one at a time
-Report all error messages here

-Restore backup if running the queries messed something up
