Another component is already using directory: "/ww was created by soran
hello guys
when i try to install the CB i get this message , although there is nothing in the mentioned folder in the message but it does not let me install it, can someone please help me out.

Another component is already using directory: "/www/5gbfree.com/s/o/r/soran/htdocs/community/components/com_comprofiler/"

also look in the administrator->component area for a comprofiler folder.
