optimized connection paths allow to turn them on was created by rowby
I have apparently successfully upgraded (using expert files) my client's joomla community builder to 1.0.2
However I am baffled as to step "f". I went to the backend admin panel and don't see anything that specificaly (exactly) refers to the below step. What tab is it under? And what is the exact wording on that tab??? THANKS

f) CB 1.0.2 optimized connection paths allow to turn them on in CB config now.
