Should I FTP to the /httpdocs/components/com_comprofiler folder?

Hi I manage to upload the CB module successfully (though with some error messages telling me to install certain files manually) after deleting the directory.

But now I cant seem to upload any Image. Any one had this pblm before? Can offer any advice on ths?

It definitely sounds like a permissions problem. Use your FTP program or whatever utilities your hosting provider gives you to manage files and folders. The component has to have write access to the folder.

For most hosted solutions, you can use permissions "755" for this. On others, you may have to use 666. Your hosting provider can help you learn how to use their system to set permissions if you're not sure how to do it.
