I have CB and Joomla 1.0.12 running on a virtual root with debian sarge and apache. All directories that are created by PHP (e.g. during CB installation) get the permissions 754. This leads to the problem that none of the images within these folders are displayed on the page. If i change permissions manually to 755, everything is ok. But as there are plugins that create directories dynamically, i need a permanent solution.

I already checked umask on the root, it's 0022.

Any suggestions? Isn't there a PHP or Apache setting for the default permissions?
