upgraded to 1.0.9 Uddeim problem

upgraded to 1.0.9 Uddeim problem was created by newera
Finally got Uddeim 0.5b working on joomla 1.0.8 and CB 1.0 stable. Made a back-up.
Upgraded joomla to 1.0.9 now when uddeim is executed the rest of the joomla modules disappear
Reinstalled cb 1.0 stable and uddeim 0.5b Problem is still there.. Strange thing is messages were still in inboxes of uddeim.. Looks like it didn't uninstall properly but couldn't find any leftover files after deinstall...
Need help!
