How can I disable "User editor" field ? was created by Denitz

How can I remove "User editor" field when editing user details???
I use Joomla 1.0.11 + CB 1.0.1

Hi Guys i really need the solution of this question.

I don't want users to see the selection area on their profile on CB.

Does anybody know??
