When requesting a connection to a profile comes up with a blank pop up page where the submit info is supposed to be.

I know it has to do with the template because I switched it and it worked fine. How can I get it to work with my current template. Using the je Eclipse one.

IE shows a error line 202 char 1 document.getelement.byID - is not null or a object code 0

Please help
