CB-Mailing, Email send to 0 Users

I just found the answer to the 'posted to 0 Users' problem.
I've tried out CB_mailing on my local copy with an new list and got the message 'Email send to 0 Users'. With another older list CBMailing worked all right.
So I had a look at the code. It seems to read the filters on the list. My old list had a filter the new one had none, for this is no must have.
I added a simple filter to the new list, and CbMailing worked also for this one.
Maybe there is a little bug
in accepting 'no data found' for the filters on the list.
