I am making a website for a association with joomla. I ask tis question olso at the joomla site and they said that cb is a good program to juse.

I want that te registration from peaple runs through the admin becouse i onley want people who are a member from oure association to register.
For example: when people want to register that te admin reseaved a email and cant accept them ore nog accept them.
Can i do this whit cb and witch program i need to download? i sow a lot of programs and don't now witch one i need ???
