You do not need to hack CB. Check out the configuration option "require unique email"

I have checked out

in the main panel of Joomla, but I haven't such an option in the CB configuration panel : with this configuration, I'm unable to register several accounts with a unique email
Note : I'm using a SMF bridge

I'm disappointed because I need this option...

You do not need such option in CB.
Just make sure to set Allow User Registration to "same as global `allow registration` site setting".
You find this under Community Builder > Configuration > Registration.
Works for me.

Yes, I had tested before, but I've the following error message :

JSMF CB Plugin error::Username or Email Address already exists in SMF

I don't know if the problem is due tu SMF or its bridge (?)
