My customer wants their staff list to choose the order in which the staff appears. It isn't anything as simple as alphabetical by name or any other field. For example, they want the President to appear at the top of the list, and be able to choose specifically which order the rest of the staff appears.

I considered adding a field to the profile where they could just enter the order number they wanted, but the potential conflicts of this makes me kind of wary of using this approach.

Is there any way to give the users an order similar to the way menu items or modules are ordered in Joomla?
