The fix does not work 100%.
When I uncheck ALL checkboxes (multiplecheckbox) then one box stays checked. It is impossible to uncheck all boxed except one.
So change the patches from
|| $rowFields[$i]->type=='checkbox'
into
|| $rowFields[$i]->type=='checkbox' || $rowFields[$i]->type=='multicheckbox'
