email error was created by Himgoku
When I send an email using the Messages | Send email button,
I receive the following error message:

Warning: sprintf(): Too few arguments in /home/gcoachn/public_html/administrator/components/com_comprofiler/comprofiler.class.php on line 3474

The email was send though...

Does anybody know a solution for this problem?

PHewww...
I found the solution to this problem.

The bug is in the com_comprofiler/plugin/language/dutch/dutch.php file.

this sentence is causing the problem:

[code:1]DEFINE('_UE_SENDEMAILNOTICE',"
OPMERKING:
\r\n\r\nDit is een bericht van %s op %s ( %s ).\r\n\r\nDeze gebruiker zag uw e-mailadres niet. Als je wilt antwoorden zal de ontvanger uw e-mailadres wel zien. %s beheerders neemt geen verantwoordelijkheid op voor de inhoud van deze mail."«»);[/code:1]

just remove the last %s and everything is ok!

I had the same error for the german translation. There are also some other "bugs". Here are the correct lines, the messages themselfes depend on your own taste:

this line is missing, so just add it:

DEFINE('_UE_EMAILFORMTITLE','Email versenden');

this line caused the Email error, here the correct version:

DEFINE('_UE_SENDEMAILNOTICE','ANMERKUNG: Das ist eine Nachricht von %s bei %s. Der Benutzer hat Ihre E-Mail-Adresse nicht gesehen. Falls Sie darauf antworten, wird der Benutzer Ihre E-Mail-Adresse sehen können. %s ist für den Inhalt der E-Mail nicht verantwortlich.');

In my emails the german "Umlaute" ( for example: & ouml ; ) were not shown correctly, that means they were shown as & ouml ; instead of "ö". So I replaced all transcriptions with the normal letters and it worked fine. But I'm not sure if this is only happening in my configuration, so try it yourself. (note: this forum translates the transcriptions, so i had to add spaces to & ouml ; )
