Hi;
I Have reinstalled latest stable 3 times, running the very latest version of CB and Joomla.

Have checked and rechecked all configuration and install steps and I am stuck.

User registyrattion works fine, checked DB and all fields are updated properlly. However update profile does not work from the veiw my profile/edit routines. I make the changes, system reprts that changes have been made but they never make it to the database.

I have seen this behaviour posted many times.

Any suggestions or knowledge would be greatly appreciated. This is a clean install not an upgrade.

I did notice that the memberlist table was empty of that is of any help/related.

I have a similar problem too.

I installed a new fresh joomla 1.0.10 with last stable 1 CB
Create 5 new accounts.
When i try to change group level of a user i see the password only in the "verify pass" field (not in the "pass" field). When I press "save" I obtain an Alert who ask-me for the user to change the pass.

In anhother site i installed a fresh new ones too, but i translate the data of the older database to the new one. I have the same problem too. The two websites are inthe same server.
