Hello,
after upgrading CB from 1.0 RC2 to 1.0.1 all is working fine - Instead of updating profiles.
In my profile i selecet Edit Profile which points to /index.php?option=com_comprofiler&Itemid=29&task=userDetails
and recieve
Server Connection Closed
Description: The server "www.foo.bar" closed the connection before the transaction was completed.
What is going wrong here? Under 1.0 RC2 this worked fine.

Problem solved. Invreased memory_limit in php.ini
