Bug with Joomla login

Bug with Joomla login was created by lostsheep
Joomla login_mod window will not go away even after being deleted from every folder in the system. So I have 2 places to login on the front page after CB install. Yes I am 100% sure I disabled the login_mod.
I did this in mambo and only have the one CB login like I am supposed to. But for some reason the Joolma original login is permamnent. Anyone know where in the code it is so I can delete it? I already deleted ALL login_mod files from 3 diff locations in the Joomla folder. did I miss one?
or is this a bug?
