Leading and trailing spaces will not be tolerated, as well as empty or spaces-only usernames and names.


That will be great. Specially since if a username begins with a space he/she can't login at all even if you spell everything correctly!

Again, this is a Joomla/Mambo specific rule, and CB does abide to it.

We plan possibility to strengthen these rules in CB 2.0.
