The problem of email harvesting bots is on the increase and as webmasters we should as much as we can to protect our users. One method would be to simply not to show other users the email address. But what if you want users to be able to email each other. Well, there is already the email for for this.

What if you want users to be able to see what the user's email address is, but not allow bots to capture the address.

Well, facebook currently produces an image of the email address and displays this.

I would like this sort of system to be implemented in CB. A simple version is found ehre for those that do not have facebook.

A few accessibility problems need to be taken care of. The image should either be linked to the standard "mailto:" link, or to the email form, with the alt tag of "email me".

Whilst not an essential update, it is one I think would be a nice addition
