Admin edit user photos

Admin edit user photos was created by denete
Currently, I cannot add or edit the user photo (avatar, or whatever) from the edit user page.
It would be really nice to have this ability as we have it with all of the other fields.

This is a feature that is SORELY ommitted but the CB team is well aware of it. I bet they have it planned for one of the next revisions. I REALLY need this one bad.
