I would like a plugin so that I, as administrator, can change or add a userpicture. My site is for a weightloss-progamm we are doing with a couple of collegues. They can't register, but get a message that they are added as users. I would like to put up their picture with their profile, but I haven't found out how, without needing to make changes in the db, which is a real big weakpoint of mine.

Any options?
