Where can we find a CB content element for JoomFish? I want to translate the fields in CB to another language. Could somebody please help me.

I have checked the repository and didn't find any Chinese language available, I have translated about 40% of the default_language.php to simplified chinese utf8, but unsure where or which directory to place the file for me to test whether it works or not? Or please tell me if chinese is already available?
