I did a complete fresh install of 1.0.10 with the latest phpbb and I can't get this to work.

If I go to the phpBB plugin and click on the control panel I get this:

Not Found

The requested URL /home/jgarvas/garvas.org/joomla/forum/install/install.php was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

If I attempt to login on the main page I get the same thing now...

What am I doing wrong?

It looks like you may not have you forum setup correctly... phpBB usually will redirect to the install file if it has not been setup yet...

Can you get into the forum directly (without Joomla) ??

Excellent. In my haste to see how this worked I just installed a fresh copy of everything and didn't both configuring phpBB. You may want to put in the documentation that you can't do that

I have another question that I'll ask in another topic since its unrelated.
