Translation ability for CB members was created by paperkite
Is there a way or are there any plug-ins/etc. to allow front-end users/members to translate their posts/content in CB? I've looked extensively and cannot find any information on the subject.

If joomfish does not allow this, then there is not a way. Unless you want to code a new component.
