I hope someone can help?? I downloaded the new version, deleted the older one and tried to then install the new comprofiler component.
I have tried at least 10 times to upload and install and each time it uploads the file then sits for a while before a dialog box comes up that says "document contains no data"

I have deleted all previous files, including the login module but the same thing happens every time.

Has anyone else had this problem? is there something i am missing or something I can do?

Try unzipping the main zip first to extract some modules and the component
