Somehow, some way, I did something to the profile configurations. I have created a list of questions and the text boxes to answer those questions. The user can place the answers in the text boxes- but then it won't post them. When I hit "submit", gives a message that says "please enter your name" But, there isn't anywhere to do that so it won't ever submit. I have no idea what I did. Help. Please.

I had the same issue. After doing some testing, I realized that it only happened to basic registered users and not the Super Admins. I checked and I had my Contact Info tab set to Super Admin. I changed it to Registered and now it works great.

I would check to see that you don't have any tabs set w/ too high of permissions.
