How come my User menu is so plain?

How come my User menu is so plain? was created by Toma
I just installed CB, and my user menu looks the exact same. When i view user details, there is no COMMUNITY / EDIT / CONNECTIONS tab. Also, how do i change the details in my USER MENU, for example, YOUR DETAILS / LOG OUT.
