User List: Can't View By Name

User List: Can't View By Name was created by allmylove
Okay please forgive me if this has already been answered
I had a slight crash and had to do a fresh install
restored a little over half my users
and lost a list in the process.
I set out to make a new user list
but very strange... i can't even view by username?
the option wasn't even there....

can someone tell me what i'm doing wrong?

No idea what you are doing wrong, sorry :)

It's described in the manual and in forum threads.
