could anyone explain to me if there is a possibility to hide: 'edit', 'delete' and 'un-publish' from cb_profilebook?
If so, how would I do this? I suppose by editing the cb.profilebook.php file?!

Is there anybody who wants to help me with this? I really want to prevent users to delete or change and thus manipulate there ratings!
I suspect it had anything to do with _pb_delete, _pb_GiveFeedback and something with publish or unpublish, in cb.profilebook.php.

First of all: get FireFox and use the FireBug addon. Select the element and you'll see it has class="cbpbControlArea"

Now, go get Windows Grep (or if you're on a linux box, use grep) and find the file where the code is generated. It happens to be in components/com_profiler/plugin/user/plub_cbprofilebook/cb.profilebook.php. Comment out the code you don't like.
