How to change "There are no published user lists!" was created by gregk
Can anyone give me some instruction on how I change the text for "There are no published user lists!"?
This appears when an unregistered person vists the user list... I would prefer that the text encourages people to register. Thoughts?

I've tried looking everywhere for where to change "There are no published user lists!" in a language file with no success.
