Email already registered and comma after username

15 years 8 months ago #69911 by zugos
Hi,

I am having two problems.

1) When the user is registering, if they use the same e-mail address message pops up with "This e-mail is already registered". This pop-up message and the one showing on regular window is not converted to the language of my site. It is still popping up in English. Where is "This e-mail is already registered" text coming from and how can I translated it my language? I checked the language file and it is there and translated.

2) When user logs in I have greeting message along with their username e.g. Hi Mike, but there is a comma that is appearing after the username that I would like to remove. Where can I find this comma?

Please help!

Thank you.

I found the answer to my second problem.

It was coming from xx-XX.mod_login.ini language file of Joomla.

Could you share what you did to fix this? I'm having the same problem.

_REGWARN_EMAIL_INUSE in your default language file.

On a side note, CB 1.1 is obsolete by 1.2.1. Please check the minimum requirements and upgrade as soon as possible for numerous bugfixes and additional features.
