Is there anyone who knows of a program that coulc be used as a typer of trader?

Basically I play LOTRO and was wondering if people could say.. request a stack of hides from the Kinship in exchange for a sort of currency that is kept on the site in the DB or whatever.

For example.

we establish an ammount of Credit or some such.

each member can donate items to the kin and we can add to their credit.
they can take from the kin, we can deduct from the credit

If anyone knows of one that can be used for this purpose, please let me know.
